This was a truly challenging order.

After the client confirmed the order in July, we pushed packaging printing, arranged production, and targeted the August vessel.

However, the forwarder informed us that due to over booking, the cargo could not be loaded as planned and had to be rolled to the next available vessel. This unexpected change meant the goods would need to be stored in the factory warehouse for more than one month.

August is the hottest and most humid month in China—one of the most challenging periods for fertilizer production and storage, and a real test of product stability and quality control.

Finally, in September, the goods were successfully loaded and set sail. The sea voyage lasted more than 3 months, finally, the cargo arrived safely at the client’s warehouse.

The client’s feedback was simple and clear:

“Good packing and the productgood too”

This was not just an order—it was a full-scale test of our execution ability, patience, and commitment to quality. And it proved, once again, that details, discipline, and responsibility make all the difference.
